Privacy Policy
Effective July 16, 2026
Findable Pro is built and operated by NewCulture Consulting (“NewCulture,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices — including data we access through Google APIs on your behalf.
1. Data we collect
Account data: name, email, password (hashed), organization details, and billing information (processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers).
Site & content data you provide: website URLs, content drafts, project goals, and files you upload for audits or content generation.
Google data (only if you connect an integration): when you click “Connect” on an integration, Google asks you to grant Findable Pro one or more of the following scopes. We only request the scopes needed for the integration you choose to connect:
- Google Analytics (read-only) —
analytics.readonly— traffic, conversions, and engagement metrics for properties you select. - Google Search Console (read-only) —
webmasters.readonly— search queries, impressions, clicks, and indexing status for properties you verify ownership of. - Google Business Profile —
business.manage— performance insights (searches, map views, calls, direction requests, website clicks) for locations you manage. We do not edit your listing, post updates, or respond to reviews. - Google Ads —
adwords— campaign, ad group, and performance data for accounts you connect.
2. How we use this data
We use the data above solely to provide Findable Pro's features to you: syncing performance metrics into your reporting dashboards and portal report cards, powering SEO/findability audits, tracking goal progress, and generating the AI-assisted recommendations and content you request inside the product.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy & Limited Use
Findable Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Where data is stored & how it's protected
Data is stored in our Supabase Postgres database with row-level-security scoping every record to your organization. Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and used only by our backend sync jobs to call Google APIs on your behalf — they are never exposed to other users or organizations.
5. Retention & deletion
We retain synced Google data for as long as your integration stays connected and your account is active, so your dashboards and reports stay current. If you disconnect an integration from the Integrations panel in your project, we stop syncing immediately and delete the stored OAuth token. Free organizations that remain inactive are automatically purged after a fixed retention window; you can request earlier deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@newculture.co.
6. Sharing
We do not sell Google user data or share it with third parties for their own purposes. We use a small number of infrastructure subprocessors to run the product — hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), transactional email (Resend), and AI model providers (via an AI gateway) for generating content and recommendations — each bound by their own confidentiality and data-processing terms.
7. Your controls
You can disconnect any Google integration at any time from the Integrations panel inside your project, and you can independently revoke Findable Pro's access from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access stops all further data syncing.
8. Changes to this policy
If we materially change how we access, use, or share Google user data, we'll update this page and change the effective date above.
